Nitinol Sheet

Nitinol is a unique alloy made primarily of nickel and titanium. Known for its ability to “remember” its shape, it is a type of shape-memory alloy (SMA). Nitinol sheets are thin, flexible metal sheets that can undergo significant deformation at one temperature and return to their original shape when heated above a certain temperature. This property makes nitinol sheets highly useful in a variety of applications, including medical devices, actuators, and robotics. The material can be easily shaped into precise forms and can be used in industries like aerospace, automotive, and electronics. Nitinol is also biocompatible, making it ideal for use in implants and medical stents. Its excellent fatigue resistance makes it reliable for repeated mechanical movements.
